how we can reset or clear Administrator password

What will happen if you forget Password to login your Computer

If this happens most people get freaked because it seems like the only solution what we have is reinstall windows, no there are a few ways you can reset your password and login again, here I'll show you one of the easiest way to do this In this method you can reset any Accounts Password including the Administrator account too. I have tested this with Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows Vista & Windows 8. So no need to reinstall windows within 15 minutes you can reset or clear your passwords.

Let's see how we can reset or clear Administrator password by bootable CD also you can do this freely

01 . First, We need to Download the Offline Windows Password & Registry Editor, you can use one of following links

02 . Extract the downloaded ZIP file and then burn this ISO image file to CD, now we have what we need to reset or clear passwords of accounts on our computer. So insert CD into your CD ROM and boot your computer using that boot CD what you have created

Ok, here we start the real process to reset or clear passwords of account follow the instruction carefully

01. On the first screen after you boot your computer by bootable CD hit enter

2. On the second screen you will see
 " Step ONE : select the partition where the Windows installation is "

In this screen you have to enter the partition number witch partition have windows install by default it will choose number 1, so be certain to enter your partition number and then hit enter again

3. Now you will see "Step TWO : select path and registry files"

You can leave the detected registry path (C:\Windows\System32\Config) and again hit “Enter”

4. When you hit enter you can choose what you want to do  select typing 1 "Password reset [sam system security] and hit “Enter”.

5. In this screen you will see " Step three : Password or registry edit " choose Edit user data and passwords entering number “1” and hit Enter.

6. After you hit enter you can see all user accounts on your computer, here you can choose what user account you need to change. Did you see " Simply enter the username to change : [Administrator] " ok enters username here what you need to change and hit enter

7. Ok, this is " User Edit Menu " in this menu,you can use any option as you need in my case I choose option " 1 - clear (blank) user password " because we need to change user password * some times it's not change password if we didn't clear previous password. Then again, I repeat step 5 to 7 and I choose
" 2 - Edit (set new) user password " and give a password you want

8. Now we have finished our task so we can type “ ! ”  Hit "SHIFT + 1", then hit “Enter” to quit editing selected user.

9. On this screen select " Q " option to to quit the offline password editor utility.

10. Then in the next screen " step four : writing back changes ” question, select yes, choosing "Y" and hit Enter. Then it will let you try again if the process somehow failed, but I don't want so I choose "N" and press enter

11. As you can see in this screen just hit “CTRL+ALT+DEL” to restart your computer and let it to boot from hard drive
                               Congratulation, if the process has done correctly, you can login to your account to using that new password what you have given
