The things what we should mention before we sale our old mobile..
Not like a past days a mobile devices became more important to our life because what it contain, as an example contacts and messages basically. These things will affect with our self in two different ways, first if we lost our contacts and message, it's will more difficult to our life than it was, but the other part maybe worse than that, that is if someone finds our contacts and messages, with important and private details, password, account details, and many more, you may think you can remove your data using "Revert to factory settings" option, no it's just does only revert the setting as its name..
So before you resale we need to mention about that two things, first we should keep our important details in safe to restore with our next device
01. How to backup details...

02. Now remove your all details in mobile
To do this, most secure way is you can wipe the phone memory first and then format your mass storage within the file manager. This is not a big deal, but I think you know how important is this.When you wipe the phone memory it will clear your contacts and all messages and all details you have stored in your mobile phone, it's like you brought a new mobile. But after wipe if you open your mass storage in mobile you will see all things was in your mobile still in there, so you should make sure to format your mobile mass storage manually
- A. Wipe mobile memory - you can dial *#7370#, be sure you backuped your mobile
- B. Format mass storage - Open Application in your phone main menu, you can see office Folder, in an office folder you can find the file manager, now open your mass storage and then in option select format mass storage
